Ok so I did totally wreck my diet... but I'm still going to try for 115 by Valentines day... now that's only a week but because I took three days for cheat days this week I'm going to work hard this weekend. I honestly think I can do it... but its not going to be easy. I'm not going to lose weight by staying the same though - and that's what I did this week ---- allllll that work for nothing. The worst part is it wasn't even that fun...grrrr. See you tonight.
