Just had a conversation with my coworker and she recommended I try interval training. I want to try it! I don't know if I am ready for Hight Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) yet... but hey, I can try it right. Tomorrow morning first thing, I think I am going to get up early (ummmm) and do a 10 minute high intensity interval session. Warm up for 5 minutes at 3.5 them pump it up to 5.0 for 120 seconds then really pump it up to 9.0 for 30 seconds and back down to 5.0 for 120 seconds. Thinking about it now I don't know if I can do that for 10 full minutes but I am going to try. Will keep you posted (yikes, Im scared, lol)
