needed a mental break from everything and had too many untracked days.. lol.. but i'm good.. as of my weigh in today i'm up 3 lbs which is a miracle considering my debacle since friday.. lol.. so unfortunately i'm 3 days away from goal one so my "GOAL" for now is to just to get as close as i can... after that day i brush it off and work on getting to my next goal...

Still happy :)

thanks beautiful!..lol.. i'm just happy i didn't fall into my same rut of giving up b/c i "failed".. failure only happens when u give up.. that is my mantra... and i am ready to just keep it moving.. :)
