Here is my phase 2, day 30 (FS day 39, Thursday, 14th June):
09:00 am - oatmeal with low-fat milk 01:30 pm - mixed salad, grilled squid with garlic, rice 04:30 pm - three small nectarines 08:00 pm - low-fat yoghurt
I hope to cross the 30lb line this Monday!
