Well not much weight lose in a couple of days. I have been on the diet since Jan. 27th and have lost 12 lbs. which is good for 2 weeks. But the past several days there hasn't been a weight change for me. I have been feeling bloated I guess you could say. Maybe I am eating to much fiber. Apparently my diet consisted of little fiber prior and now a lot. But I thought that having lots of fiber (at least 25-30g) was good for your digestive system. To me its just not working fiber wise. I don't want to give TMI.(lol) But does anyone have this issue with increasing their fiber intake. I am losing the weight but don't really notice a difference in the inches in my waist. I guess because my belly feels to full from all the fiber, and let me add I do drink at least 64 ounces of water daily so I just don't know....

After the first couple of weeks, weight loss slows to one our two pounds a week. It is very normal. Plus, you lost a huge amount in the first two weeks. The body needs to adjust. You are doing fine. As you lose more weight, you will start to notice a difference in the different parts of your body. There is no way to spot reduce. Just keep to your plan and exercise (if you can) and you will be fine. Good luck!

Thank you Suzi161!! I will try to fit exercise in my busy schedule. :) I have been trying to make myself get up earlier to do this.
