Hey FS Warriors,
Had a great week since my last check in. I managed to get four workouts in the past week without over exerting myself. I even did some strength training for the first time since my surgery last Friday (Two months of no squats, my thighs are still sore LOL).
Did a couple of walk/runs, I am jogging at the wife's pace for now one because I can do it without killing me and two so I can encourage her to keep doing a great job. She was approaching onederland back in January but, understandably, fell off the wagon after my diagnosis. She has been my rock and now I am trying to be hers as we get back to eating right and moving more.
I see the Oncologist this afternoon and start round three of chemo tomorrow. My blood work was mostly good, still low on magnesium so I'm up to 1000mg of it a day, hopefully that will be good now. Last round the Friday-Tuesday after treatment were pretty rough but I was able to get through them OK.
