I've joined a new group on FB, "Ketogains". It aligns very well with the OKL group I've been following the last few months with great success. Thru them I came across another group PSMF-Protein Sparing Modified Fast Diet.
I seem to do much better when I have a "change up" in my diet. I like the challenge of something new...it gives me focus and helps me stay the course.
Anyone ever done the PSMF?
I can"t help myself, Mondays are my "go to" day and it's May 1st....it's a sign, I tell ya! lol!!!
