shoot. gained 2 pounds. i think i'm not doing anything differently, but i must be to have gained this week. i haven't cheated. i've eaten what we have at home, which is part of the diet. we even have low calorie sweet snacks from south beach diet, weight watchers and atkins diet.

however, maybe i'm eating too much bread. that is probably it. even though it is 100 calorie bread. dang.

Some people really can't handle the carbs...I'm one of them. Even if I eat 1200 calories a day if it's high in carbs it shows on the scale the next day...not as actual "fat" but probably retained water. Try and keep the carbs (breads and grains) to 2 servings a day or less if possibel. I try and keep my carbs to <125 grams, but that's not always very easy!
