shoot. gained 2 pounds. i think i'm not doing anything differently, but i must be to have gained this week. i haven't cheated. i've eaten what we have at home, which is part of the diet. we even have low calorie sweet snacks from south beach diet, weight watchers and atkins diet.
however, maybe i'm eating too much bread. that is probably it. even though it is 100 calorie bread. dang.
