Not a lot to say so far today, I'm really just chillin' in the most wonderful, quiet, cozy countryside setting. I've just come in from a 3 mile walk with two of the three german shepherds and I'm now sitting in front of a roaring coal fire as dusk falls on a freezing day outside.

I went ott yesterday evening on our Italian feast night and I may well do the same tonight as there's pork in the oven and strawberry pavlova for dessert. Nevertheless, although I'm not within RDI, I'm still eating far less than I normally would on a family holiday and doing more activity, so I'm happy with that. I'll just try not to be too disappointed with the scales when I finally get on them on Sunday morning.

Just happy to enjoy the last two days of our holiday and that means enjoying the food, too.
