Today is Thursday and it has been an awesome week so far. I have stuck to my guns and worked out at the gym everynight. Tonight is Zumba and I'm actually excited about that. I don't know if it's the exercise or what but I went to the doctor this morning for a pre-op appointment (having surgery on my foot Feb 23 so please keep me in your prayers) and I weighed in at 216!! I think it may just be fluid but imagine my delight... I am not going to record an actual weigh in til Monday, don't wanna jump the gun and get disappointed. I will also note that the scale at the doctors office is not my normal scale so therein may be where the difference lies. At any rate, it made for an awesome start to my day and I am super motivated to continue working out regularly. Just wanted to update you on that... TTFN!
