My goal was to be 155 on Valentines Day!...Valentines Day came early...155.6 today. Happy Happy Happy ♥♥♥ Losing the weight and being in control of what I put in my mouth is the best ♥ gift ever! Be encouraged today friends....Thought for the day-If you put forth the efforts you WILL see the change. We CAN do this!!! :)
