I worked two jobs yesterday so I couldn't work out but I didn't expect to gain 1.4 lbs., especially since I was very good with my diet. I have a feeling I may be a bit dehydrated and that could be the culprit. I'll be working out tonight and hopefully tomorrow's weigh-in will be more on track.
