Well yesterday I definitely over ate. Ugh I missed the afternoon snack and found myself hungry the whole evening/night. I DID leave the snack at church alone though. lol I got in 45 min on the treadmill but had to stop to get dinner ready and the kids ready. I got all my water in too! Today is a new day.
