The results............. week five weight in!


Start weight 230

It is monday and after hiding from the scale all week I am happy to report great results!

week 1 ------- 11 pounds lost

week 2 --------04 pounds lost

week 3 --------02 pounds lost

week 4 --------03 pounds lost

week 5 --------04 pounds lost

for a total of 24 pounds

pounds.

I am at 30 inches lost this week. On week 6 I am cutting back on the coffee, and cheese. I used 10 1/2 carbs just in coffee yesterday. I finally fit in my size 16 yesterday from a 22---5 weeks ago and they were not even tight. 14 here I come!
