Ok I have a problem again Ive started this challenge the 100 crunches, but when i actually started my weight was 170, I dont know how to change it. When I first got on here I was 164 165 then I gained up to 170 and sun Jan 31 I was 170 and now Im 164. I want it showing that I have lost since exercising and eating better. GRRR Im still new at this

Lihat Kalender Diet, 04 Februari 2010:
1567 kkal Lemak: 82,13g | Prot: 72,79g | Karb: 134,93g.   Makan Pagi: sugar free coffee, scrambled eggs, hot dog. Makan Siang: lipton green tea,  vinaigrette dressing, ceasar salad hearts of romaine, ranch,  quorn turky burger. Makan Malam: cauliflower mashed potatoes, broccoli, wendys double stack without bun. Camilan/Lainnya: whole wheat chocolate chip cookie made with splenda. lagi...

Why dont you do a weigh in right now. ANd it will ask you for your current weight and you can change it to 164. Congradulations on the weight loss!!!
