So I was working out this morning and it kindof hit me, I am the only one who can be in control of my weight, what I eat how much I exercise, that is something noone else can do for me, or as a matter of fact nooone can never take that away from me either. I feel so strong right now I have been in control of my food and exercise since January 1 and as a result have lost 14 lbs, it feels so good to say that, b/c for the last year I have been struggling so much with getting over the plateau and now that I have done that I feel unstoppable and just want to keep going, yes i have good and bad days, somedays I just want to give up and not want to go to the gym, but when you see the results for the effort you put in every hour and every minute of sweating IS SO WORTH IT ALL IN THE END, and yes I will struggle with my weight for the rest of my life, but skinny feels so much better than being fat

I love your story! You're so strong - I'm glad you've made it over this plateau! I haven't been working nearly as long or as hard as you have, but you're inspiring me to stay motivated. Thank you, and great work!
