No more dieting. I am going to eat real food, and have occasional treats. The dieting mentality brings out my OCD obsessive side and my whole life just becomes about the restriction of food.

With eating real food most of the time, I manage to eat for the love of the nourishment in the foods and how it makes me feel.

Look into flexible dieting (aka iifym) Eating only whole foods is good and all, but you cant lose fat without being in a calorie deficit and cant know of you are if you dont track your macros.

I agree. Everything in moderation. I personally can't cut out take outs or luxuries but I can cut down and make meals healthier☺ goodluck👍💪
