DOES ANYONE KNOW WHICH IS BETTER TO GET MORE OF PROTEIN, FAT OR CARBS? I WOULD THINK YOU SHOULD GET A LOT OF PROTEIN. PLZ MESSAGE ME

here is a great reference, http://www.southbeachdiet.com/... try to keep your "net carbs" under 25, higher protien is good and only higher fats in the first phase. Edit your food preferences to monitor your net carbs. I hope this is helpful. You also have some days with very low calories. Try to keep a minimum of 1000 a day, 1200 is better. If you can stay in that range and follow the net carbs... you will be back on track in no time. Best of luck
