Even tho I have not been following my calories like I should be I lost another pound. Woo Hoo! I was SOOO shocked because I have not been counting calories, weighing my food, or resisting those NO NO items. I'm trying to get back to eating right & weighing my food so that this is the track i stay on.

Not getting too excited, just a little shocked. I'll be excited when I finally get under 200 pounds again.
