I'm here....after a long time away. I've decided I NEED to be here and get things together and back in the groove. I'm going to try a modified fat fast and low carb way of life/eating....so hopefully this will help things move along. I've been up/down & all around, but still hopefully I will be here for ME! I'll add more later. Just wanted to touch base and let you all know; "I'M BACCCCKKKKK" :-) Please let me know if there are any good lowcarb/fat fast challenges coming up. I just missed one by a few days (Monday) and can't join!
