My dish has a sweet potato, a boiled egg, a half orange, grapes, and a cup of green tea. Since I started going on a diet I enjoy drinking tea and water everyday. It was hard in the beginning but gradually I became to love water! I seem to have better skin and less getting hungry. Usually I drink 6 to 8 glasses of water and 4 to 6 cups of green tea.
