I live in a 10 story building and I walked up all 10 floors. BUT>>> not all at once.Remember I am 72 years old LOL. Walked up 4 flights then walked the hall to catch my breath then up 2 more flights. Walked hall again the on up the last 4 flights. Then down . PHEW !!! NOw to do that everyday and make it a habit.
