I am anxious to start this February challenge as I have been happy with my choices for January 2010. I am a sugar addict and am up to the mini challenges this group is signing up to do! I will allow for a Jamba Juice but other then that the sugarfied foods are being outed! I am striving to be an energy addict and not a sugar freak. Sure I get energy from the sugar but end up crashing down and then having to repeat the vicious sugar cycle. To be an energy addict I will get the right amount of exercise and feed my body with nutritious delicious foods! If I lose 10 pounds it be the icing on the cake that I am striving for but the experience of this month is going to be fun. TOWANDA!!!!
