Still steady at 58 this morning.

Evening weigh-in at the gym showed a 2 kilo loss in a month and a total loss of 6cm off bust, waist and hips (mostly hips - my waist is the same!). I think that's pretty good as I think evening weigh-ins are less trustworthy than early morning, and also I have clothes and trainers on at the gym, of course.

A good food day today - within RDI - and a good activity and exercise day - will there be a loss in the morning? I hope so - Saturday weigh-in is the one I record here, so I like it to be a good one.

School finished at lunchtime and we now have two weeks off - yippee! I have loads to do before we fly to England on Sunday, mostly laundry, ironing and getting lesson plans ready for next term so they're not done at the last minute when we come back. I also have gifts to wrap and packing to do!

On top of everything elder daughter is complaining of a tight chest and difficulty breathing. She hasn't had any asthma symptoms for over 6 years but we went to the doctor today and she has to have a load of tests first thing tomorrow morning and then return to the hospital midday for results and diagnosis (hopefully) so that will mean a lot of time taken up. Husband says he'll take her in the morning so I'll do the lunchtime run. Thankfully my fortnghtly cleaning lady is coming tomorrow so at least I'll be leaving a clean and tidy house to come back to after our vacation!
