I went through my closet and dresser last weekend and purged them of any clothes that are now to big - and I mean everything even down to the undies! I have gone up and down with my weight for years but the one thing I've never done is eradicate my "backup" wardrobe. Currently I have 1 pair of pants and three pair of jeans that fit and one of those pairs is getting a bit baggy. What I really need is a bra since I only have one that fits decently and I don't expect that to last very long. I feel so good about the weight I have lost and for the first time is such a long time I feel that I can really achieve my goal. I believe that my success is directly attributed to my change in attitude towards losing weight this time around. I finally decided to make a lifestyle change versus "dieting". I don't starve myself I make better choices and if I have a special event I allow myself to take the night off and not beat myself up after. I looked through some pictures of myself last night from my early 20's and started to recognize the person staring back at me.

:) yay for you. Congrats on the loss. Yes you should write a DIET BOOK because it will be sincere and honest coming form as you stated a "FAT PERSON". I do not trust the skinny people writing or acting as fat. Just a lil encouragement. Have a Bless day! Bonne Sante, Inola
