Feelin' GOOD today!! Saw a very sweet # on the scale yesterday and I know I'm doin' it right. Went away for the weekend and got nervous staying at some friends' house when I saw a big basket of TasteeCakes for the guests--until I learned that both friends are on Atkins! Yay, they had Atkins snacks, bacon, eggs, goat cheese--even unsweetened almond milk, and an endless pitcher of lemon water--so I was able to stay on plan and it worked!
