I have no idea how I dropped 3 pounds since Sunday. I have been doing yoga, which is the first time I've moved in a while. I know I need to move more if I really want to meet my goals. My health, both mental and physical, has just been so bad lately, I can't seem to get up and get out. Especially when the weather is bad, and you need that extra kick to go out and walk. Yoga is a start, though. Plus, I think doing Weight Watchers will really help -- for some reason, counting points works a lot better for me than tracking calories, fat and carbs. Those numbers don't really mean anything concrete to me, you know? I've been counting my calories for months, and had little to no good result. Last time I was on Points, it worked. So let's see what happens!
