Something is amiss. I have not just plateaued, I have gained two pounds. I will weigh in officially tomorrow but my scale at home is not being nice to me. Yes, yes, I have "cheated" recently. I feel in comparison to my old self, it has not been too bad. Guess I can spin it anyway I like but the fact is I have made bad choices. I do not believe it has been two pounds of bad choices though. Especially given the fact I have been working out DAILY. That is certainly new and different for me. So...What the hell is going on? I really don't need an answer. It doesn't even matter at this point. I am going forward. I'm evaluating what I am doing and making some changes. There is room for improvement. To be successful I know I need to be honest with myself. Make an honest assessment of what I am doing and tweek things were necessary. Will take time for that this weekend and make those changes. I AM doing this. I've come along way already but have a significant way to go. This may even be a good thing. Always helpful to re-evaluate and see whats working and whats not. Forward motion!
