Does anyone else have the problem with being good all week, but when the weekend hits BLAM!! it all falls apart? I mean I'm really good during the week, i may not get all the workouts in that i want but food wise i track everything! Then the weekend comes and all i want to do is lay in bed, eat pizza and drink beer...i never do that but that's what i want to do. but weekends are hard for me, no set schedule unlike work, I'm up at the same time every day, eat lunch at the same time, have my food packed, that's what i have to eat. on the weekend, i do sleep in a little, eat breakfast later then i do during the week, sometimes i don't even eat lunch just breakfast and dinner.... just my Wednesday venting lol

ah yes this happens to me often! Only thing that has worked in the past is scheduling something, anything, for myself so that I don't lounge around all day in my p.j.'s eating. Sometimes putting a short walk on my cell (I make sure my reminder alarm is on loud so it feels like it's yelling at me to get out! haha) will do it. Especially if I pair the walk (or drive if its bad weather) with a visit to the library to browse some books and DVDs, or something else I enjoy (and doesn't have too much food in close proximity).

Thanks for the tips! Just glad I'm not alone lol hopefully this weekend will be my time to start keeping it all together!!

I think that sounds like a wonderful weekend!!!! I save all my errands, cleaning, laundry, etc. for Saturday & Sunday. If I don't have those days scheduled out too, I totally go all homebody.
