Had a light breakfast and yes had some chocolate (evil aunt Flo demanded it) so I could enjoy an early dinner of sushi at 3:00pm. Not worried about weight because I will work it off :)

Its ok, Chocolate is not evil, esp. luscious divine dark chocolate. I have some every nite.
