Norovirus! I lost 3 pounds in 3 days and I haven't gained any back yet; which probably means I'm still dehydrated. I love dipping below 190, that means I've lost 10 pounds; however, I'll likely either gain a few pounds back in water, or I'll stay at this weight for a while while the water weight evens out. Preferably the latter.
Some jeans are a little loose, and my belly is somewhat less fat, but overall 10 pounds hasn't made a huge dent. Next goal: 5 more pounds.
85,9 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 15,4 kg.    Sisa: 2,0 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
