A week or so ago, I tried my hand at making a low-carb BBQ sauce and I didn't really care for it. But since I made several servings, I've been eating it anyway (I hate wasting food). Tonight, I decided to add a little bit of horseradish to it and it was SOOO much better. You're welcome. ;)
