Back on track. Tired of bouncing between 165 and 170. Really need to watch my food intake...eat ENOUGH food to keep me going without overdoing it. I tend to undereat then splurge because I am starving. Also need to do my 30 minutes exercise a day...be it dance, rowing, gym....
