suddenly i find myselve out of the zone again... i try to look back in my journal how i used to beat these feelings and how to get back on track...
to my big surprise i only write down the downs and not so much how it turned into an up. its the end of my period. maybe my monthly period, the roller coaster of hormones, is the next eating-problem to tackle. another thing about feeling sorry for myselve!
i ate again too much today, although this time after rowing for an hour. and again after eight...
so back to the zone by making again the resolution of not eating after desert.

there is a cycle in these things... so if i try hard enough, i will get back in the zone...
