I am a little frustrated with my weight loss as of late. The losses are quite a bit slower. Still sticking to my macros very carefully and have increased my exercising even. I know I couldn't continue with the 15 lb a month losses but I would like to see more than 4 lb a month. I still have a huge amount of weight to lose.
