Day 3. Did a 45 minute class of Pi-Yo (pilates mixed with Yoga). I am kinda sore after these last three days. Planning on doing just plain Yoga tomorrow morning for an hour or so, and then a little cardio. For my challenge starting next week, I am a week ahead and feel confident that I can continue this. Feeling sore, but feeling good about myself right now.
