I've been working the Belly Fats diets in a motified form for about a week now. I've given up milk(non-fat) and substituted Almond Breeze(non-sweetened). I've also droped artifical sweeteners in favor of Stevia, a natural 0 calorie seeetener, which works well. That means no more sodas. Finally I've added more good fats from olive oil, sunflower seeds and flax seed oil. It is working!
