Day 2. Got up off my ass for the second time, gave the workout a little more intensity than yesterday but with a tad less cardio. Need to find a good mix of that. I had every intention of going to a yoga class this morning, but got there a little late and backed out. Worked out instead. Thursday I'll try for yoga again :). Feelin.. not bad.
