Shoot, I went over my on my sugar yesterday. I need to make a list of low sugar fruits and vegetables. I'm still waiting for my book to arrive. Also need to find bread with less or no sugar so I can have a sandwich without shooting my limit. This is challenge.

In the book he recommends Ezekeil 4.9. I know at publix it is kept in the forzen food area. I have not actual got this bread yet, but I saw it this morning. For the fruits he recommends blackberries, blueberries rasberries, apricot. I do not have my book right now to give the s/c value of those I will be glad to give them to you later if you have gotten it yet. Another suggestion the vegtables if you want to true s/c value look at the fresh frozen value first and then get the fresh version. I hope this is a little help to you. I know that the majority of the fruits are high in sugar (bannans apples)

Thank you Fearisha. I'll check for the bread and get some new fruit. I just discovered almonds are a helpful snack.
