i am lucky that i have kind of 'normal' work schedule. had to commute to NYC yesterday and with the long commute and heavy work load during work hour, it just completely destroy my plan! got to restart again today.
was in macoroni & grill last night tought i order a salad (scallop salad). came home and look online - gosh it has 1000 caleries!!
