I sucked it up and did 100 pushups last night at like 9:30pm. Still working on performance and quality. Back to the grind today. I'm focusing today on a re-set on nutrition quality. We'll see how it goes. Still planning to drop the last poundage by 12/31. It's push time. I have 24 days left. Actual: Waist Measure: 33" on 12/8 (Goal is 32") BF %: 14.7% on 12/8 (Goal is 10%) I triple checked on both sides. Pushups: So I actually did 100 total yesterday. 85 with 5 sec knee down breaks at 45, 55, 70, and 80. Then I did another 15 about 10 min later. (Goal is 100) Cardio: Dug and tamped my butt off Fasting: Broke fast at 6 am
Cut Plan: Resistance Training: 85 Pushups today (hopefully around lunch time). Working on getting chest lower. (COULD reach 100 in one set by Friday) **planning to add planks and the partial pullups hanging from my dip bars. WOE: Trying not to snack Weight: finish cut by end of year. Exercise: Scheduled workout session Wednesday and Friday. Planning on learning some yoga from the wife, treadmill, and some lifting.
