Get those carbs out. Keep the fats within reason. Women cannot lose weight if they eat carbs, at least not without excessive hunger.
Lol. Eat baked or broiled fish for three days and nothing else. Then do not add back carbs or sugars just low calorie veggies and other lean proteins.
It will come off. This assumes you are not a diabetic nor prone to hypoglycemia.
