1700 cal per day is my goal.
I need to lose 15kg in order to have a BMI of less than 35, and so that I can be entitled for the fertility clinic procedures. :cry: :cry: :cry: I'm 36 and have been trying for 8 years. I have one child (8 years old). :( :( :( My biggest failure is not being consistent. :x :x :x Today, I'm re-starting again. I have very little time left before I'm too old to have a baby. :( :( :( I know what works for me, and I know the right food and amount to eat, but old habits kept kicking in. My biggest problem is binge eating, however, there's one thing I'm good at and that is, I don't like to eat sweet stuff.
Is there anyone here with the same problem as me? Maybe we can do this together. :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry:

Hi I'm guilty of being a binge eater to, Have you tried a visual queue e.g a pic of a baby or a image that depicts your goal , It mite sound silly but I have a pic in my fridge and pantry or anywhere food is that focuses on the end goal, So every time I open that fridge there's my goal image staring back at me saying shut the door an walk away. It helps me

Try the LCHF way of eating. HF stands for health fat by the way. It has worked for everyone I know AND you don't get hungry. Just wholefoods and avoid processed stuff. Google it. It's great. Goes against every thing we've been told for years,but I've never felt so healthy. You will lose weight if you stick to it. Lots of veges but no bread or pasta and little fruit. Give it a go. You'll be having that IVF in no time.

Hi Blue Lady, I would love to have a buddy to loose 15kg so my BMI is less than 35. Lets do this together. I love food and binge eat especially on savoury food. Sugar is not my thing but savoury is. I fail my weight loss because of old habits, if I have a buddy who can help me with my journey and vice versa. Is this you Blue Bug
