I did ok yesterday.

Big family feeding frenzy... I was fine up untill diner, where i ate about 700 kcals. Then i ate some sweets i probably shouldnt have.
At home i ate some chocolate i definitely shouldnt have.
all in all maybe 2200 kcal in the whole day.

Today time for compensation:
I have to eat breakfast cuz i need a steady hand for clay-ing but after that fast-day ...

2200kcal is not that bad for a "big" day. If you honestly record everything you can see what the average actually is. Then all the days that you do under 1700kcal, say, will help it even out. Fatsecret will show you the monthly averages in the Full Calender section. I find that a "big" day accurately recorded for me is around 2400kcal or more. It helps me to actually look at the big and smaller days to see realistically what is happening. Sure, it's confronting, but I want to see what it is that I do over time, so that one day, perhaps, I wont have to record everything so meticulously. I want to build a pattern or lifestyle that will set me up for the future. Sometimes we have to return to recording again so we can get back on track.

I think what you are doing is brilliant. No complaints from me. I guess I am trying to be helpful in brainstorming any possible, minor tweaks that might help? I don't want you to be sad and down by feeling "stuck at 92kg". It is frustrating, this eating thing. I guess it is not helpful if you have calculated the "bad" days so you know what they are, then it might not be helpful to see them in the diet diary. You have been doing this thing for some years now and you would know when a day is not so good. I really feel for you with the struggles. I care that it makes you unhappy. You are such a motivated person.
