I try my best to weigh myself at the same time every morning: after a shower and a movement (I know, TMI) to be consistent. However, that's almost impossible with my schedule, so I just do it when I can, hence the bit of yo-yo'ing a lb here and there. Overall not horrible.
FS has really been keeping me motivated with diet and exercise. I've been having fun... kind of like a game, trying to get a certain score.
