SO now I know why we are not supposed to weigh ourselves everyday!! This morning I weighed 187 so its like I gained one pound, wat the HECK!!! BUT I will not let that discourage me, I feel like I measured everything properly AND I ate only 25 points, there is no way that is accurate, my body is just responding to the whole weeks eating and exercising in its own crazy way. I will wiegh myself tomorrow and see what happens, then after that i need to hide my scale, from myself. MY LIFE!!!!

Womens' bodies fluctuate in weight a lot! Different levels of water retention, what time of the month it is, whether you have gone to the bathroom, all of that will affect what you weigh. Personally, my weight fluctuates around 5 pounds and I usually weight the most on Monday. I know WTF? Just don't pay much attention to it. I only record it when I lose weight. The rest of the time, I look but don't record. If it bothers you a lot, maybe weigh yourself only once a week.
