I have been on between 1000 and 1200 kcal a day for about 7 days now and have been losing around 300g. per day. I am very happy. I have such hard time sticking to a diet but this one is going great so far. I paln to stay 1000-1200 kcal until I hit 68kg then up them to 1200-1300 kcal per day. I also try to walk everywhere i need to go.
