Last week I had a chat to a personal trainer at the gym about a eating plan to help with belly fat. She gave me one which a hell of a lot of food. One thing she asked is that I not drink any sugar in my coffee and try drink green tea. Seeing that I hate black coffee I decided to not drink coffee at all and only drink green tea.
Anyway I managed to follow the eating plan on Monday but Tuesday was an epic fail because I was at the hospital just about the whole day. So I carried on eating "my own way" the rest of the week but had no coffee and only drank water and green tea.
I am amazed at my loss this week I never expected such a big drop :-)
