You can do it sarah! I believe in you! I was checking to see if you joined the challenge, and you did :) I'm excited to see how well we will do because we can use each other for support. I threw away all the junk in my house and it's a good thing because after school, I sure was looking for some. *tsk-tsk* I'm so glad there isn't any in the house. If I crave sweets then my only alternative is fruits, for now because I haven't gained the self control yet. That's amazing you lost 4 lbs already!
