Today was suppose to be my weigh in day but I have decided to go back to weighing in on a Saturday so that I have a little motivation for my fast day on a Friday...

Perhaps weigh just for observation in case your worst case scenario of you needing to eat on a Friday night if you go out. Then if that happens you can just record your Thursday weight as official weight but if all goes well then you can record the Saturday weight as your official weight. I do that sometimes.
